SHIPPING INFORMATION

COVID-19 UPDATE 

Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak there may be shipping delays once we have dispatched your order with AUS Post. For all current information with the Australian Post delays please click the link below.

All orders will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving your order. This excludes orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. 

All domestic orders are posted via Australian Post and will be at a flat rate of $9.99 (excluding bulky/heavy items) from Melbourne. Express post is also an option starting at a flat rate of $14.99 (Excluding bulky/heavy items). You will receive a confirmation email once parcel is dispatched along with a tracking number. Please make sure your contact details are correct along with your address as this can not be changed once dispatched. You can track your order by clicking in the dispatch confirmation email or by putting the number directly into the Australian Post website

HEAVY ITEMS - Our easels are quite large and are heavy so shipping costs for these items are slightly higher. We do offer local pick up and drop off from Pheasant Creek VIC. 

Delivery times will vary but please allow at least one week for domestic metro orders and around two weeks for regional. Please note this is a guide only and orders may arrive earlier. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY / PICK - UP 

We are located in Pheasant Creek, offering local delivery to pheasant creek and surrounding suburbs. Echuca/Moama and Kyabram also have the option for local delivery. Delivery times will vary, Please contact me if you have any questions.

PRE ORDER ITEMS 

Please note for PREORDER items it WILL NOT be shipped until after the specified arrival date. Items currently available that are purchased in the same transaction as preorder items, will be dispatched together once all items are available, unless ordered separately 

If there is a case of lost parcel, please contact me at hello@wattleandwoods.com and I will launch an investigation with the courier. Please allow up to 6 days for me to follow this up. If your parcel is not found I will offer a full refund or store credit.
